In the recent case of Brent Cugini v. Electric Boat, Attorney James P. Berryman won a major claim for his client as a result of harassment by co-workers. The very complicated and challenging case was tried before the Honorable Judge Calianos on Monday, November 21, 2011, with a supplemental hearing on December 7, 2011. After numerous depositions and the testimony of witnesses and medical experts, the judge awarded total disability benefits to Mr. Cugini commencing October 27, 2010 and continuing into the future.
Mr. Cugini is also entitled to receive ongoing medical care including doctor appointments and medications for his medical condition which was precipitated by stress in the workplace.
